This album is something that we have all been wanting to release for a long time. The bed tracks were recorded in December 2014 in a lighthouse keeper’s cottage in Green Cape National Park on the far south coast of NSW. Since then, a lot has happened in all of our lives, much of which has delayed the release of this album. We are very proud to finally present the result of a lot of hard work by the band and others: Hall on the Hill.

The Button Collective is Brodie Buttons (Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin), Ben Wilson (Banjo, Harmonica, Vocals), Bobby Dazzla (Fiddle, Vocals), Jake Pember (Double Bass, Vocals), Jennifer Hankin (Flute, Piccolo, Vocals).
Piano Accordion on tracks 1-4, 8, 9, 11, & 12 by Quinton Trembath.
All songs were written by Brodie Buttons except Moonshiner, a traditional song. The album artwork was drawn by Brodie Buttons and put together by Jake Pember.
Recorded on location in the lighthouse keeper’s cottage at Green Cape by Steve Law. Mixed by Steve Law at Viscount Sound, and mastered by Jim Kelly at Tone Ranger Studio.
